Using Airocode courses & services

These Terms of Service form a basic agreement between you (“student” or “participant”) and Airocode Technologies when you enroll in any course, training or internship program.

Acceptance of terms

By enrolling, making a payment, or attending sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms of Service, you should not proceed with enrollment.

Payment terms

Fees, EMI & refunds

Course fees are non-transferable between programs.
EMI options are available with approved payment partners.
Refund policy is as outlined on the Fee Structure page and in official communication.

Detailed fee breakdown, due dates and applicable refund rules are shared during admission and may vary by course or batch.

Student responsibilities & code of conduct

To maintain a productive learning environment, all students are expected to follow basic professional and ethical standards during their journey.

Student responsibilities

Regular attendance and active participation.
Respectful behavior towards faculty and fellow students.
Completion of assignments and projects as required.

Consistent effort and assignment completion are essential to gain the full benefit of the course and to be eligible for placement or certification support where applicable.

Classroom & online conduct

Use institute resources (labs, systems, platforms) responsibly.
No harassment, discrimination or disruptive conduct will be tolerated.
Follow guidelines shared by trainers for online or offline sessions.

Violation may lead to warnings, restricted access or removal from the program.

Intellectual property & use of course materials

Course content is shared for your personal learning, not for redistribution or resale.

Course materials

Course materials are proprietary to Airocode Technologies.
Students may not share or distribute course content.
Project work remains student property with institute usage rights.

Airocode may showcase anonymized outcomes while student contributions remain their own.

Platform & account usage

Login credentials for any learning portal must not be shared.
Unauthorized copying, recording or redistribution is prohibited.
Misuse of content or platforms may lead to access removal.

Changes to these terms

Airocode Technologies may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in courses, policies or legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date indicates the current version.
Material changes will be communicated through official channels where possible.
Continuing participation after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
Updated terms will apply from the effective date mentioned in the revised version.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed.
